Making a Difference

Upon college graduation, Nicole Richardson started her career working at the front desk of Waldman Orthodontics in Beverly Hills, CA. As technology and her skillset advanced, she now serves as a Virtual Treatment and New Patient Coordinator for the practice, and loves watching the transformation of patients.

Under the leadership of Dr. Alex Waldman, the practice team is always looking for new ways to improve and advance their treatment process and patient experience. Nicole is thrilled to be following her passion of connecting with people and helping improve the lives around her.

A Day In The Life:
Treatment Coordinator

Our Treatment Coordinators are engaging, friendly, patient-focused, and have great attention to detail. When a patient considers braces, the Treatment Coordinator serves as the first impression of the practice, providing patients with key orthodontic information, and ensuring they feel comfortable before proceeding with a treatment plan.

Sarah Watt-English, Treatment Coordinator at Kawartha Orthodontics in Peterborough, ON takes pride in her role and helping patients attain the beautiful smile they've always wanted!

  • Welcoming new patients 
  • Reviewing patient health and medical history
  • Determining patient treatment goals 
  • Assisting with examinations
