This recognition celebrates organizations advancing whole-person health in thoughtful, measurable ways, and for us, it reflects how we’re building well-being into everyday. This year’s designation speaks to the intention behind that work. Over the past year, we’ve focused on turning insights into action, like introducing Mental Health First Aid kits and manager training to better support our teams and connect them to the right resources. We’ve also placed greater emphasis on helping our people understand and use their benefits, with tools and initiatives designed to make those offerings more accessible and valuable.
