Corus Orthodontists is a Orthodontic Service Organization (OSO). What started in 2019, has grown to 55 practices in 77 locations spanning 15 states and 4 provinces across North America.
A few years back Paul had a good thing going with 5 locations of his own and was ready to retire but didn’t like what he was seeing with consolidation in the industry. He decided he had a lot more gas left in the tank to build a partnership network that would do good for patients, the specialty, and the future generation of doctors.
Dr. Helpard has been able to achieve rapid growth without taking on private equity, a rarity in today’s M&A world. He shares how he did it along with his reasons for starting Corus.
