It’s our favourite day of the year, Orthodontic Staff Appreciation Day!
Today, we’re celebrating the incredible people who make our practices such special places to work and receive orthodontic care. Whether they’re welcoming patients through the front door, supporting chairside, or keeping things running behind the scenes, our teams bring dedication, compassion, and energy to everything they do.
To mark the occasion, we asked teams across the network a simple question:
“If you had to describe your team in one word, what would it be?”
The responses were as unique as the teams themselves, with each word reflecting the culture, connection, and commitment that help our practices thrive every day.

To add a little extra sweetness to the celebration, members of our Home Office team hit the road to personally deliver treats to many local practices, while others received surprise deliveries right to their doors.
The result was exactly what we strive for every day in our practices: bright smiles, strong connections, and a whole lot of appreciation shared across the network.
